As a former Fortune 100 senior global leader in financial services and consulting, I built a career driving results through systems and strategy. Yet, as a first-gen leader trained in engineering and business, I experienced firsthand how unwritten rules and cultural nuances can impact success. Determined to bridge that gap, I combined my systems thinking with rigorous training to deeply understand people—and launched The Lenserf Group (TLG).
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with thousands of leaders and teams in 44 countries, helping them see beyond the obvious, soar past limitations, and exceed their potential. My coaching, which now serves as a training model for over 6,000 coaches at an Inc 1000-ranked wellness firm, is grounded in lived experience and continuous learning—from The University of Pennsylvania, NYU Stern, UN Worldview Institute, Stevens Institute of Technology, Co-Active Training Institute, and HPI.
Through EYP Academy and the Leadership COGS™ micro-learning series, shared in over 200 commercial buildings nationwide, I equip leaders and teams with tools to communicate through conflict, build resilience, and drive accountability.
As the Founder and President of The Lenserf Group (TLG)—a certified woman- and minority-owned consulting, training, and coaching firm and a 2022 Comcast RISE award recipient—I am proud to design inclusive leadership programs for emerging leaders in major U.S. cities and support federal government teams in discovering and leaning into their strengths.
I also serve as an Advisory Board Member for WEglobal, a top EuropeAid consultancy, advising on people strategy to drive global impact.
